Our commitment

Role Match aims to make discovering shared job listings usable for everyone. We design with readable typography, keyboard-friendly controls, and semantic structure across browse pages, listing pages, company pages, and AI chat.

What we work toward

• Meaningful page titles and headings for screen readers.
• Sufficient color contrast on primary UI (cream background, dark text, yellow primary actions).
• Focus-visible controls for keyboard navigation.
• Alternative text or accessible names on key interactive icons where applicable.
• Responsive layouts that work on mobile and desktop.

Known limitations

AI chat streams and dense listing grids can be imperfect with some assistive technologies. Employer apply pages linked from Role Match are outside our control — we only share links to those third-party sites.
