Agreement

By accessing https://rolematch.online or using Role Match, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Role Match is (and is not)

Role Match is a discovery layer for public job listings. We find, organize, and share openings published by employers so you can explore careers, companies, salaries, and roles in one place — including with an AI chat assistant.

Role Match does not host employer application systems, interview scheduling, or hiring decisions. We are not an employer, recruiter of record, or staffing agency for the roles we surface.

Listings are aggregated from public employer sources (such as Greenhouse and similar ATS boards) and may change, close, or become outdated. We do not guarantee that any listing is still open, complete, or suitable for you.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to create an account.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt Role Match or its APIs.
• Do not use the service for unlawful hiring discrimination, spam, or fraud.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse AI outputs in ways that violate applicable law.
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Employer sites and applications

When you click through to apply, you leave Role Match and interact with the employer or their ATS. Those sites are not controlled by us. Your applications, interviews, offers, and employment decisions are solely between you and the employer.

Role Match simply shares listing information and links. We do not receive, store, or forward your full application package unless a specific product feature you opt into clearly says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Role Match name, branding, interface, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Job descriptions, logos, and company trademarks belong to their respective owners. We share listing text for discovery purposes as published by employers.

Disclaimer

Role Match is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect matching, listing freshness, or that AI responses are error-free. Career decisions remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Role Match and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed opportunities, reliance on shared listing data, or outcomes on third-party employer sites.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
