Role Match uses cookies and similar storage so you can stay signed in, keep guest chat sessions, and use core discovery features securely while browsing shared job listings.

Cookies we use

• Essential / authentication — session cookies from our auth system so signed-in users remain logged in across pages.
• Guest session — identifiers that associate anonymous AI chat history with your browser until you clear site data or the session expires.
• Security — tokens that help prevent CSRF and abuse of API routes (including admin and cron endpoints).
• Preferences — light UI or preference storage if enabled in your browser.

Analytics

In production we may use privacy-conscious analytics (for example Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic to listing and career pages. Where required by law we will update this policy and request consent. You can also block trackers with your browser or an ad blocker.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, saved listings, or chat continuity from working correctly.
