What you'll do
Work with Engineers to help design & build prototypes, analyse failures, and: transition successful projects into production.
Present design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, design & execute hardware test plans.
Use first principles physics as a basis for every decision.
Travel to test sites and vendors as needed.
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or any related field.
Must be a penultimate year student at the time of the internship and: returning to University at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one year.
What they're looking for
- Collegiate project team or laboratory experience.
- Currently enrolled in an undergrad or graduate engineering program.
- CAD skills (any platform) and ability to make high quality engineering: drawings that meet common industry standards.
- Demonstrated hands-on fabrication skills.
