What you'll do
You will develop a deep understanding of how Software Product Design plays an: integral role in shaping experiences in the autonomous and command & control domains.
You will define experiences based on an understanding of product goals, business, customer, and user needs.
You will hone your visual and interaction design skills and develop an: understanding of how to leverage typography, color, iconography, and layout in your work.
You will work closely with your manager or lead to develop your design communication and presentation skills.
You will present your designs and concepts to cross functional partners and stakeholders.
You will own a feature or workflow end-to-end: discovery, design, prototyping, and implementation with engineers. Your work will reflect an iterative process and be deployed to customers and users.
What they're looking for
- You will collaborate with product designers, research, product management,: and engineers to understand the problem space and define solutions.
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design (HCD, interaction,: visual), or a design-related field.
- Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic: studies for at least one quarter or semester.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled: information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
