What you'll do
Serve as the primary commercial face of Waymo Aftermarket to all: Driven-by-Waymo (DBW) fleet partners, managing high-visibility partner relationships, sales support, and commercial operations across global markets
Establish and maintain global parts price lists by determining fully loaded: costs and Fair Market Value (FMV) across OEM, SDS, VI, and high-volume aftermarket parts across multiple vehicle platforms
Lead the end-to-end transformation from invoicing on consumption to automated: invoicing on shipment, driving millions of dollars in capital efficiency & revenues for Waymo
Architect and scale Waymo's Aftermarket warranty and insurance commercial: operations, establishing robust subrogation claims processes targeting $XM in annual insurance recovery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Business: Systems Engineering (BSE), Sourcing, Business Development, OPMs and Fleet Operations to execute 3-phase commercial rollouts and automate portal-based partner ordering and EDI invoicing
BA/BS degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
What they're looking for
- + years of professional experience in commercial strategy, aftermarket: operations, or partner account management in high-tech, autonomous vehicles, or automotive OEMs/Tier-1 suppliers
- Proven track record of building price lists, establishing Fair Market Value: (FMV), and negotiating complex B2B commercial agreements or partner contracts
- Strong financial acumen with experience modeling fully loaded costs, margins,: working capital optimization, and financial reporting
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to: align Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Business Systems teams around large-scale operational transformations
