What you'll do
Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities
What they're looking for
- You’ve worked at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in customer-facing roles
- You can translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
- You understand modern engineering and knowledge-work orgs, the SDLC,: developer and knowledge-worker workflows, and tool adoption
- You communicate comfortably with multiple functions around an enterprise: including developers and senior executives
