What you'll do
Replacing and repairing wires, switches, fixtures, motors, pumps, boilers,: and other duties while assisting HVAC Technicians with daily duties.
Employees will be required to work on top of buildings, in mechanical rooms,: in crawl spaces, etc. to do routine maintenance.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must possess an EPA Universal classification for refrigerant recovery and replacement.
Prefer an individual with a minimum of two (2) years related experience: and/or formal vocational/technical training in Electrical and/or utility trades.
What they're looking for
- Each complete year of accredited college education in a related field may be: substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1) background check.
- Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.
- Must be able to work alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary to: meet the customer's mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
