What you'll do
ICQA Operations and Quality Assurance:
Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts in accordance with: network count strategies, ensuring compliance and consistency with SOX regulations.
Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive: feedback to the operations management team.
Review and analyze customer complaints and defect data, followed by: developing action plans to reduce future incidents.
Plan for and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis.

- Participate in and lead network-wide fulfillment and operations-focused quality initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process improvements and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to: enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Lead and manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects,: collaborating with various department managers.
