What you'll do
Be accountable to achieving the highest standard of Flexport quality: shipments move on-time and exceptions are handled appropriately
Be responsible for ensuring your work satisfies internal KPIs and SLAs that demonstrate quality delivery
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) that
Solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and: destination and escalate issues as needed
Your team will: Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners such as ocean carriers, cartage partner, customs, and warehouses
Execute the end-to-end movement of freight within a regional network
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of global forwarding or related work experience
- Growth mindset: always looking for ways to improve yourself and your work
- + years of industry experience in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or Warehousing is encouraged
