The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a The Associate Director, FP&A to join our Finance team.
What you'll do
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the consolidated budget & re-forecasting process for the department and / or company to ensure alignment with operating plan, external guidance, and overall financial targets; provide valuable insights of performance on ongoing basis to leadership
Management Reporting: Help drive the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and variances for leadership and investor relations
Allocation Frameworks: Assist with the development of the cost allocation management and frameworks that align with the operating model
Systems & Processes: Provide insight into internal finance processes, including oversight of financial planning system(s) and allocations, integrity of raw financial data and granular reporting capabilities
Leadership: Manage and coach high performing corporate FP&A professionals
Communication: Communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
What they're looking for

- + years of: Demonstrated strong analytical & problem solving experience
- Expert financial modeling experience and ability to effectively translate: data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans
- Experience in health insurance, managed care or insurance industries
