The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate, Member and Provider Programs to join our Member Experience Team.
What you'll do
Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects: for member experience and member & provider contact centers. This includes project plan creation, stakeholder engagement and updates, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, risk and issue mitigation, and accurate on-time completion.
Assessing impact of new programs on existing operations and workflows along: with member/provider/colleague experience. Steering program development to create leading consumer experience.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Developing: needed frontline training, workflows, knowledge base, and other artifacts to ensure successful launch of new initiatives. Leading monitoring and issue triage at program launch. Collaboratively works with all relevant internal and external stakeholder groups to formulate proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives. Maintaining project plans, documentation and updating stakeholders on progress and status.
Identify and action on opportunities to improve member experience and member: & provider services operations delivering impactful outcomes. Apply technology to transform how work is done unlocking better experiences for frontline colleagues and members at scale.
Mentors team members and promotes colleagues' growth and professional development.

- Bachelors degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
