The opportunity
The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems.
What you'll do
Drive product strategy for USMC Command and Control and Information programs: to establish priorities based on operational impact, technical feasibility, and customer requirements.
Provide insights to the Business Development team and engage with USMC: stakeholders, including PAEs, program offices, and operational units. Identify opportunities, shape requirements, and position Anduril capabilities to solve high-priority challenges.
Coordinate across teams and business lines to ensure unified product: development and shared capability delivery across the DoW. Identify commonalities, resolve conflicts, and maximize efficiency.
Translate operational concepts and doctrine into actionable technical: requirements. Work with engineering teams to architect solutions that fit USMC workflows, tactics, and communication infrastructure.
Develop training materials, operational playbooks, and user documentation: tailored to USMC end-users. Enable rapid adoption and effective employment of Anduril capabilities.
What they're looking for
- U.S. Marine Corps experience or deep familiarity with Navy operations, doctrine, and organizational structure
- Graduate of Command and Staff or War College
- Experience with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiatives or: related Joint Force integration efforts
- Technical background in software development, systems engineering, or defense acquisition
- Experience managing programs involving software integration or coordination across multiple military services
