What you'll do
Own flight hardware through highly accelerated thermal screening procedures: and serve as primary contact for any associated issues or stoppages
Evaluate non-conforming electrical hardware to determine root cause failure: modes and propose design improvements
Troubleshoot test software and modify the codebase to adjust test bounds,: implement fixes, and incorporate updates as needed
Collaborate with mechanical/electrical design, quality, and production teams: to solve high-complexity testing challenges
Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase throughput and reduce cost to meet targets
Write automation software in Python to interact with flight hardware, test: equipment, instrumentation, and production documentation
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering or physics
- + years of design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience (internships,: collegiate engineering projects such as Formula SAE, Baja SAE, etc., or professional industry experience will be considered)
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in an engineering discipline
