What you'll do
Administer health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision,: flexible spending accounts, life, and disability
Counsel employees on plan options, eligibility, life events, and coverage: questions by email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions
Support annual open enrollment, including communications, system setup,: employee questions, and vendor coordination
Partner with carriers and vendors on eligibility, claims issues, billing, and plan administration
Serve as liaison with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders on benefits matters
Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirements
