What you'll do
Support the design and development of AI agent workflows and LLM-powered application components
Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, tool-use logic,: orchestration patterns, and backend integrations
Assist in defining evaluation metrics, running benchmarks, and analyzing failure cases
Improve system performance across quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost
Use AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow to accelerate development and problem-solving
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to understand how: production AI systems are designed, deployed, and improved
What they're looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,: Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027
- Solid programming skills in Python or Java; familiarity with backend engineering is preferred
- Good problem-solving ability and comfort working with APIs, debugging, and data
- Strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, automation, and real-world system design
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and move from idea to working prototype
- Comfortable learning quickly and working in a fast-moving environment
- Available for a 6-month full-time commitment
