What you'll do
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services supporting Binance Pay and Card products.
Build scalable APIs and microservices for payment processing, transaction: management, merchant services, and related financial workflows.
Participate in the development of distributed systems handling high-volume and latency-sensitive transactions.
Work with databases, caching systems, message queues, and other: infrastructure components to improve system performance and reliability.
Implement robust transaction workflows with appropriate handling for retries,: idempotency, concurrency, and failure scenarios.
Assist with troubleshooting production issues through logs, metrics, tracing, and root-cause analysis.
What they're looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,: Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented: programming, and computer science fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Java, Go, C++, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL, including indexes,: transactions, and database design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTTP, networking, and client-server architecture.
- Understanding of operating systems, concurrency, and common backend engineering concepts.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code and reason systematically about technical problems.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-moving engineering environment.
