What you'll do
Work across Robinhood Financial (Introducing Broker) and Robinhood Securities: (Clearing Broker) to learn the many aspects that comprise the operations of FINRA-registered broker-dealers
Partner with subject matter experts to analyze operational data, identify: efficiency opportunities, and make process improvement recommendations, including automation and dashboard enhancements
Support small-scale technical projects such as reconciling datasets,: improving data quality, or building Business Intelligence dashboards using tools like Retool or Superset
Deliver a capstone project applying analytical and problem-solving skills to: a real operational challenge, culminating in a presentation to senior leaders
