What you'll do
Work directly with the Starlink Transit hardware and customers to improve: performance, reliability, and to resolve technical issues when they arise
Develop new processes and methods that enable rapid deployment of antennas
Provide sales teams with pre-sales support, acting as the technical subject: matter expert and engineering representative for Starlink Transit in customer interactions and proposal review
Directly support activation of new installations from hardware delivery through initial connectivity
Travel to remote customer sites to drive rapid installation, troubleshooting,: and integration of Starlink Transit solutions
Design novel hardware solutions to expand how and what markets are served by Starlink Transit
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering or science discipline
- + years of experience in an engineering role
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, or structural design and analysis
- Experience with build, production, or integration of components into an: assembly, structure, vehicle, or site under strict quality and timeline requirements
