What you'll do

  • Scale the Notion platform: In close collaboration with partners and Notion’s product and engineering teams, identify, evaluate and facilitate launch of new product integrations. Project manage partner-centric launches - from partner onboarding and implementation, to driving go-to-market and post-launch tracking.

  • Drive partner strategy: Own and grow relationships with select strategic partners, becoming their voice within Notion. Identify, evaluate and implement new product and co-marketing opportunities that create outsized value for partners, Notion and our shared customers.

  • Be the best partner to the best partners: As an internal advocate for Notion’s partners, ensure their needs are being considered and reflected in our roadmap and planning. Provide ongoing support to grow our strategic relationships.

  • Accelerate distribution partnerships: Source, evaluate, and launch first-in-kind partnerships that drive new user demand for Notion. From negotiation to launch and performance tracking, turn successful deals into scalable programs based on adoption and revenue signals.

  • + years in business development / strategic partnerships / product / growth

  • Strong product instincts and experience working closely with engineering, product and go-to-market teams
