What you'll do
Develop CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software like Tebis, Master CAM & equivalent software.
Generate and optimize tool paths for milling, drilling, boring, and finishing operations.
Create machining strategies for die inserts, punch blocks, trim steels, and die components.
Perform machining simulations and validate programs before release to production.
Optimize cycle times while maintaining required quality standards.
Support new die manufacturing and die modification activities.
What they're looking for
- Program and machine replacement die components during maintenance and engineering changes.
- Collaborate with Die Design Engineers to improve the manufacturability of die components.
- Support die tryout and troubleshooting activities.
- Analyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
