• Contribute to the optimization of electrode formulations, coatings, and: material selection to enhance cell energy density and performance.
• Identify and resolve process challenges related to scale up of cell designs: (e.g., cell assembly, electrolyte filling, formation processes).
• Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with the supplier: industrialization engineering teams, and energy storage system teams and cell manufacturing partners to facilitate the scaling of cell designs from the lab to pilot production and mass manufacturing.
• Bachelor's, Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
