What you'll do
Assist the Design Managers in seasonal color palette creation, develop: patterns, and execute through to bulk fabrications
Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes led by seasonal concept boards (concept team owned)
Build Product Playbook and other visual communication assets
Assists in coloring the line: filling CAD pages and maintaining visual line sheets with the direction of Design Managers
Owns loading dip and artwork requests with the information of correct: fabrication, dye technique, and print specifications shared by the Design Managers
Build Pitch sheets for artwork/pattern development with guidance from Design Managers
What they're looking for
- Responsible for color approvals with support from Design Managers
- Organize & maintain dip approval binder, dip folders, and all digital: tracking of dip approvals and color names
- Works closely with Raw Materials to understand color and pattern feasibility across all materials.
- Partner with Design & Merchandising teams to understand color and pattern: performance to inform future palette and pattern decisions.
