The opportunity

incident. io is the leading AI incident response platform, relied on by some of the best engineering teams in the world when things go wrong.

What you'll do

  • You've closed deals at a similar size and pace before: $40k–$50k ACV, sub-60-day cycles - and you've got the numbers to back it up.

  • Outbound doesn't feel like a chore to you. You see it as a craft: you build your own lists, think creatively about how to get in front of the right people, and don't rely on a sequence template to do the work for you.

  • You're genuinely curious about what it's like to be an on-call engineer. Not: just the technical side - the stress, the 2am pages, the pressure of being the person whose job it is to fix things fast. That empathy shows up in how you sell.

  • You can hold a technical conversation without leaning on your SE every time.: You'll have support when you need it, but you're comfortable going deep on your own.

  • You're scrappy in the best sense: you don't wait for resources, you figure it out. A bigger company with more tools, more inbound, and more hand-holding would actually frustrate you.

  • You pick up the phone. Cold calling doesn't make you wince, and a voicemail doesn't derail your afternoon.
