What you'll do
Support the execution of test procedures including pre-functional checklists,: functional performance tests, and integrated systems tests across mechanical, electrical, or controls disciplines.
Document test results, deficiencies, and corrective actions accurately and in: accordance with project requirements.
Coordinate with trade contractors and subcontractors to schedule and support: commissioning activities in the field.
Review installation conditions against approved drawings, submittals, and: specifications to verify readiness for testing.
Assist in the development and review of commissioning test scripts, MOPs, and punch list documentation.
Track open deficiencies, support adequate resolution and document formal: closure in coordination with the project team.
What they're looking for
- Participate and support startup activities and factory witness testing as assigned.
- Maintain up-to-date commissioning logs, field reports, and turnover documentation.
- Support integrated systems testing and reliability demonstrations for: critical MEP, and BMS/EPMS infrastructure.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and compliance requirements throughout commissioning activities.
