What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain compliance training that translates complex regulatory: requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences, enabling employees to meet their compliance responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Support the administration of Affirm's compliance training program by: tracking completions, maintaining training records, coordinating enrollments, and preparing reports and audit-ready documentation.

  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather feedback,: manage content updates, and ensure training materials remain accurate, current, and well-documented.

  • Support Shared Services governance programs by contributing to risk: assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation, reporting, action tracking, and evidence collection.

  • Maintain organized documentation, version control, and evidence in accordance: with established governance standards and procedures.

  • Identify opportunities to improve training materials, documentation, and: operational processes that enhance the efficiency and consistency of compliance programs.

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or: related governance programs, preferably within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy,: or operational training, including drafting content, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and managing documentation and version control.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex: regulatory or policy requirements into clear, practical learning content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage: assigned work, follow established processes, and maintain accurate documentation and evidence.
