What you'll do
Support multiple regulatory exams and external audits and the preparation for: on-site exams for Binance’s licensed jurisdictions.
Provide a standardized exam and audit framework to apply to each country and: support local teams with preparing data requests and presentations.
Understand the applicable regulatory requirements to ensure internal/external: audit is adequately designed to identify potential control gaps and non-compliance with laws and regulations.
Support global and local compliance teams to ensure their policies and: procedures are up to date and aligned with the internal governance framework.
Assist in driving key compliance initiatives to completion, demonstrating the: ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Assist in preparing regular status reports, presentations, and documentation: for internal review and management updates.
What they're looking for
- + years compliance audit and/or advisory experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while: maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills with the ability: to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience.
