What you'll do
Oversee and own the full lifecycle of global office construction projects: with on-time and under-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction
Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in the field and office
Be the overall construction project manager and extreme owner for global office initiatives
Perform project control tasks, including project scheduling and cost control
Interact with contractors, fabricators, architects, real estate team, and internal customers
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time, adapting: to diverse international regulations and environments
What they're looking for
- Provide budgetary costs based upon the preliminary scope of the project
- Gather proposals from architects, engineers and contractors; assign contracts upon receipt of all proposals
- Facilitate city, county, and international governmental approvals and permitting
- Coordinate project implementation and track project status across multiple: sites, and ensure seamless handoffs to local teams post-occupancy
