The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Contract Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
What you'll do
Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by: developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies across select/designated functional areas
Calibrating candidates with hiring managers
Developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment (Pitch Calls)
Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing: reference checks and creatively negotiating complex executive compensation packages.
Support the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting on searches
What they're looking for
- Develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates for executive searches
- + years of experience within Executive Recruiting
- + years of leading VP+ level searches
- + years of project management experience; the ability to follow-through on: individual and team-wide goals, plans and projects.
