What you'll do
Own the architecture and administration of our core enterprise SaaS platforms: — including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta
Build robust automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to: eliminate manual IT processes and engineer zero-touch onboarding and offboarding for our global workforce
Drive our identity and access management strategy by implementing and: maintaining SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC across our expanding SaaS ecosystem
Build AI-assisted workflows and tooling that accelerate IT operations,: cross-platform troubleshooting, and scripting — helping your teammates move faster with less friction
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex identity, MDM, and: authentication challenges, partnering closely with Security to maintain compliance and governance
Lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end: from scoping and architecture through production — with a focus on reliability, user experience, and long-term maintainability
What they're looking for
- + years of hands-on IT engineering or systems administration experience in a: high-growth technology environment
- Deep technical expertise managing and scaling identity providers like Okta: and complex enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash and: infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, with a track record of building custom integrations and automations
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and LLM tools (such as WRITER, Claude,: ChatGPT, or Copilot) to accelerate IT documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and operations
