What you'll do
Partner with Product teams and other business partners, including Legal,: Risk, and Operations, during the design, testing, launch, and enhancement of crypto products and services.
Advise on regulatory requirements and operational processes related to crypto: products, including consumer protection, AML, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance considerations.
Develop appropriate compliance framework for new products.
Review product features, customer communications, and marketing materials to: support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Provide timely guidance to business partners on compliance questions,: regulatory developments, and product-related issues.
Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, and internal compliance: reviews, including developing and executing compliance testing and monitoring, related to Robinhood Crypto products.
