What you'll do

Provide outstanding service so customers stay longer. We need someone who's: enthusiastic and confident in developing positive rapport with each customer. To build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, and: to make recommendations that make sense for our customers with a genuine desire to help.
Make every effort to meet the Customer Care team’s KPIs and targets.
Handle customer communication via email and calls.
Have fun! Be comfortable in interacting and building relationships with our customers. BE YOURSELF!
What they're looking for
- Admin and ad-hoc tasks that the client might require
- With at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO (Voice and Email).
- E-commerce, Freshdesk and Subscription experiences are a PLUS.
