What you'll do
Maintain technological (nutritional values, temperature data, logistic data,: etc.) data of new and existing Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the HelloFresh ERP system as per Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis.
Ensure data completeness & accuracy and correct flow of information to the: relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities, including reporting any data issues to the team.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as per training.
Communicate regularly with the FSQC team (Food Safety Quality Managers and: Compliance Managers) on any concerns /queries around the day-to-day role and provide feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes.
Offboarding and deactivating SKUs that need to be cut/delisted in alignment with other HelloConnect functions.
Secure close alignment with other HelloConnect functions dedicated to tasks: interconnected with HelloFresh ERP system (eg: Procurement, International FSQA)
