What you'll do
Serve as the senior technical authority on 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule),: ensuring absolute enterprise-wide compliance across all cleared facilities.
Leverage expertise with US government security policies, procedures and: industry experience as it relates to Industrial security.
Build a culture of compliance, operational excellence, customer service, and: continuous improvement across all security functions.
Establish team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, allocate resources: effectively, and develop professional growth pathways for security personnel.
In coordination with the security education manager, develop and deliver: applicable security education topics to program personnel.
Oversee and standardize Standard Practice Procedures (SPPs) for all cleared locations.
What they're looking for
- Lead preparation efforts for Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency: (DCSA) security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and internal self-inspections.
- Serve as an escalated point of contact for complex security violations, and: adverse information reporting. Oversee and coordinate all activities related to FOCI.
- Bachelors Degree and ten years of industrial security-related experience.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to: achieve goals and targets while handling multiple tasks.
