What you'll do

  • Support the design and develop of mechanisms for the Neutron Launch Vehicle

  • Produce documentation such as Test Plans, Test Reports and Manufacturing: Plans for Components on the Neutron Launch Vehicle

  • Collaborate with engineers and team members across multiple departments

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas

  • Apply hands-on manufacturing skills to support prototype development

  • Enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Aerospace)

What they're looking for

  • Mechanical Design: CAD as well as hand calcs
  • Hands on manufacturing skills: metal machining, soldering
  • Basic knowledge of harnessing and electrical signals
  • Data processing of test results in Python or Matlab
