Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Desire to be hands-on monitoring and optimizing processes and equipment at: the lab-, pilot-, and production-scale.

  • Strong ability to follow technical instructions & standard operating procedures.

  • Skilled in meticulous data collection and observation recording.

  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of math, chemistry and/or computer skills appropriate to the assignment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Proven track record of safety-consciousness and capable of learning: applicable EHS standards and proper chemical handling techniques.

What they're looking for

  • Capacity to work independently and safely with minimal supervision.
  • A.S. or B.S. degree in a related field.
  • Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant processing equipment.
  • Ability and interest in assembling and fabricating process equipment to support operations.
