What you'll do
Desire to be hands-on monitoring and optimizing processes and equipment at: the lab-, pilot-, and production-scale.
Strong ability to follow technical instructions & standard operating procedures.
Skilled in meticulous data collection and observation recording.
Demonstrated basic knowledge of math, chemistry and/or computer skills appropriate to the assignment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Proven track record of safety-consciousness and capable of learning: applicable EHS standards and proper chemical handling techniques.
What they're looking for
- Capacity to work independently and safely with minimal supervision.
- A.S. or B.S. degree in a related field.
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant processing equipment.
- Ability and interest in assembling and fabricating process equipment to support operations.
