You have 15-20+ years of experience, including 5+ years in India site: leadership, GM, COO, or country-head-type roles for multinational companies.
What they're looking for
- You have strong business acumen and the ability to manage stakeholders in a: global, matrix organization, where functional teams report to global leaders while maintaining a dotted-line relationship to you.
- You have strong knowledge of and exposure to financial, legal entity, and: statutory compliance, audit, tax, and transfer pricing, gained through demonstrated experience working with Big 4 firms and/or legal counsel on India entity matters.
- You have strong people leadership and hiring instincts, with experience: across hiring, performance management, employee relations, and exits in an Indian context.
- You're comfortable taking on statutory director responsibilities and signing: off on board and compliance documents, including the personal liability that comes with it.
