What you'll do
Manage document control processes and procedures across large-scale: infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
Maintain project document management systems, ensuring current and accurate: versions of all project records are available to stakeholders.
Coordinate the review, distribution, tracking, and archival of drawings,: specifications, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and engineering deliverables.
Support project teams in maintaining compliance with document control: requirements, standards, and customer expectations.
Track document status, approvals, revisions, and workflows to ensure timely project execution.
Support project turnover activities by organizing and validating as-built: documentation, operating manuals, and closeout records.

- Manage engineering, construction, and project documentation from project kickoff through final closeout.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and: customers to ensure document workflows remain aligned with project schedules.
- Review documentation for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Generate reports and status updates related to document control metrics, deliverables, and project milestones.
