What you'll do
Run onboarding sessions for new Support agents across Chile, Peru, Colombia: and Mexico, making sure everyone starts with the right access, materials and setup.
Prepare and facilitate onboarding training sessions based on existing: content, helping agents reach full contact-handling readiness within their first week.
Measure agents' knowledge levels, spot gaps, and design targeted training or: reinforcement actions to close them
Run knowledge reinforcement initiatives that keep agents up to date on products, processes and tools
Encourage the use of internal content and documentation to build agents' autonomy over time
