What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize automated test systems for EV drive units and powertrain components.

  • Lead or support performance, durability, and environmental tests, including HALT, for EV drive units.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to drive test cases, ensuring that all: Design Verification and Product Reliability (DVPR) activities are supported and completed.

  • Analyze and interpret test data using numerical tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python,: AVL PUMA, REPS) and provide actionable insights.

  • Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures to validate hardware: against customer and industry requirements.

  • Work with design engineers to identify issues and improve powertrain designs based on test findings.

  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes to reduce testing: cycle time and improve test coverage.
  • Support junior engineers and technicians in test execution, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
