What you'll do

  • You will hire great engineers to build an outstanding team

  • You will support engineers in their career development by providing clear: feedback, as well developing engineering leaders

  • You will ensure high technical standards by instituting processes: (architecture reviews, testing) and culture (engineering excellence)

  • You will work with engineering and product leadership to build a long-term roadmap

  • You will coordinate execution and collaborate with multiple product teams: with feature requests from the platform

  • Great at hiring and developing talent, especially leadership

What they're looking for

  • Great at creating efficient processes that increase velocity and quality
  • + years of experience in managing teams that build and operate high-volume: distributed systems in a SaaS environment
  • + years of experience with distributed systems and building platforms and: services which serve multiple product teams and customers
  • Have experience in scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+
