- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making for large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience leading streaming infrastructure, platform or distributed systems engineering teams.
- Experience with Kafka or large-scale event streaming systems.
- Strong technical depth in scalable production systems, with a track record of: operating high-reliability infrastructure.
