What you'll do
Work closely with other senior leaders to define and drive long-term: technical strategy and architecture that enables the company’s future vision
Partner with senior Product, Design and Data Science leaders to set platform: strategy, including how insights are ranked, personalized and measured.
Lead the team to build reliable, performant and scalable systems for insight: creation, personalization, cross-channel delivery and measurement.
Provide critical input in team roadmap and technical direction.
Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to adopt team goals and roadmaps.
Identify areas of improvement and drive best practices
What they're looking for
- Hands-on development, including design and code reviews
- Mentor, guide, and support the career growth of individual contributors
- + years of relevant experience in the tech industry; 5+ years of experience: in an Engineering Manager role, with ownership responsibility over large-scale software systems.
- Strong product judgment, exercised through data. You understand the data: behind user behavior and outcomes, spot patterns, and turn them into product and platform decisions.
