What you'll do
Design, configure, develop, test, deploy and support solutions that meet: current business needs and scale with company growth.
Build solutions using native configuration, workflows, custom records
Produce solution designs that define process flows, data models,: integrations, controls, environments, testing, deployment, monitoring and support requirements.
Evaluate requests and select the simplest sustainable approach across native: ERP capabilities, configuration, customization, integration, automation, or process change.
Establish reusable technical patterns and reduce unnecessary customization,: fragile dependencies, and long-term support burden.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Center: Operations and other teams to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.
What they're looking for
- Design and improve end-to-end processes including procure to pay, order to: cash, record to report, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse transactions, returns and RMA, fixed assets and management reporting.
- Lead technical discovery, assess gaps and dependencies, and recommend options: with clear effort, risk, data ownership, validation, reconciliation and support requirements.
- Design, build and support integrations between the ERP and adjacent platforms: such as PLM, procurement, contracts, HR, expense, banking, CRM, data and warehouse systems.
- Create reusable integration services and automation patterns while: maintaining clear systems of record and business ownership.
