What you'll do
Oversee the implementation of our internal CMMS system: through Infor LN’s service module
Assist with facilities maintenance coordination and administrative tasks as: it relates to janitorial, building/grounds, maintenance, repair, and update/upgrade activities
Administrative support for major facility renovations / construction projects
Coordinate maintenance support to ensure the optimal functioning of: buildings, grounds, and associated equipment
Assist in vendor and contractor coordination & scheduling
Project management support involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
What they're looking for
- Assist in the development plans for facilities modifications and improvements: with the focus on scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensures that project milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Oversee ticketing system (JIRA) and set priorities for resolution
- Track and submit purchase orders; process credit card receipts and submit expense reports.
