What you'll do

• Provide cradle-to-grave management of the contract, ensuring all work: performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS) meets contractual requirements, performance standards, and customer expectations.

• Lead all aspects of contract execution while ensuring compliance with company: policies, federal regulations, contractual requirements, and applicable statutes.

• Establish program goals, priorities, and performance metrics that align with: the company's strategic objectives and the customer's mission.

• Direct day-to-day contract operations, including program reviews, customer: engagement, internal meetings, business development activities, and overall program performance.

• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and execution of contractual changes.

• Maintain full ownership of the contract's Profit and Loss (P&L), including: budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, cost control, and financial performance.

• Develop and implement program assessment processes to evaluate performance,: identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
• Oversee financial management activities to maximize productivity, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with union leadership on labor relations matters, including: negotiation and administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
• Collaborate with supervisors and technical staff to understand customer: requirements and ensure successful planning and execution of projects.
