What you'll do
Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight: across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.
Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution: of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC,: electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and: validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and: coordinate rapid recovery actions.
Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records.: Provide technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
What they're looking for
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations,: environmental standards, and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- + years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, with at least: 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
