What you'll do
Develop internal visual standards for internal work boards, JIRA queuing,: PowerBI dashboards, and department workflow
Support department continuous improvement projects such as new process: rollouts/standardization and facilities initiatives
Define and develop department-level metrics & associated dashboards that: quantify the health of our operations and influence change
Conduct in-depth analyses through SQL queries and other data analysis methods: to dive into problems and identify trends for decision making
Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational measurements and improvements
Develop automation that mitigates business risk or creates efficiencies within the team
What they're looking for
- Implement tools (software or hardware) to reduce wasted effort by engineers and techs
- Take on new projects ad-hoc as the business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- + years of experience working in engineering, operations, manufacturing or: facilities management (internship experience qualifies)
