What you'll do
Manage, coordinate, and act as the liaison for multiple service contracts: such as janitorial, DI water systems, pest control, fuel distribution, landscaping, waste management, and related areas
Partner with Purchasing on the RFP/bid process for multiple service contracts
Coordinate operational schedules for vendors to keep SpaceX operations running
Work with suppliers to increase efficiency in service delivery
Ensure vendors meet SpaceX standards while delivering promised services,: materials, and craftsmanship in the agreed timeframe
Manage the traffic of operational requests and follow through completing of: tasks that require support from vendors SpaceX engages in continued service contract
What they're looking for
- Interact with tradesman, contractors and building officials to coordinate and: execute maintenance repair of facilities support equipment
- Direct system repairs of facilities, HVAC equipment, electrical systems, fire: protection, water and plumbing infrastructure, paint, and grounds keeping
- Coordinate and facilitate furniture requests to align with site standards
- Manage fleet vehicle requests, insurance, tags, and maintenance
