What you'll do

• Direct and supervise technicians in the performance of daily maintenance, repair, and operational activities.

• Plans and oversee the daily work based on priorities, staffing, technician: skills, and operational requirements.

• Monitors work orders from assignment through completion to ensure work is: performed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

• Provides technical and operational direction to technicians and assists in resolving field-level issues.

• Manages and coordinates subcontractor activities, ensuring work is properly: scheduled, safely executed, and completed in accordance with contract requirements, quality standards, and established timelines.

• Coordinates labor, materials, tools, equipment, and access requirements necessary to complete assigned work.

• Conducts daily briefings and communicates work priorities, safety: requirements, and changes in operational needs.
• Monitors technician productivity, attendance, workmanship, and adherence to established procedures.
• Performs field inspections and quality reviews to verify completed work meets: contractual and technical requirements.
• Ensures technicians comply with company safety procedures, site requirements, and applicable regulations.
